Files marked "pwp" are password protected and are available to authorised users only. To obtain authorisation please submit your case by email. Some pdf files use security to reduce plagiarism. Files generally do not include fonts. If you do not have the required fonts please let us know and we can try to modify the documents to make them more generally acceptable.
